A devoted QuickBooks user since becoming a bookkeeper in 2000, she has helped guide her team’s evolution from QuickBooks Desktop to early adoption of QBO and today’s QBOA-led workflows. Siobhan is passionate about elevating bookkeeper skills through purposeful training—SOPs, monthly team learning, and mentorship—so firms can deliver consistent, audit-ready outcomes and grow into advisory services.
