Michelle Arnason is a CPA, firm owner, and mom of three who has spent sixteen years in accounting and eight building a practice on her own terms. She knows the messy middle well because she has lived it. From wrong systems to hard boundaries to finally figuring out what actually works, she built Arnason Accounting & Co. from scratch and in 2026 launched Build The Firm Co. to help other firm owners design practices that are sustainable, human, and built around real life.
