Richael O’Brien has dedicated nine years to Intuit, enhancing how accountants and businesses utilise QuickBooks. Starting as a Customer Trainer, she travelled the UK, helping firms master the software. Richael then moved into Product Management, initially focusing on UK Accounting and Tax, before expanding to Indirect Tax globally (VAT, Sales Tax, GST). Currently, she develops solutions to empower accountants and improve their experience with Intuit products. Before Intuit, Richael was an Accountant specialising in Insolvency and spent three years at BPP, writing accountancy textbooks. Her background in practice, education, and technology offers a unique perspective, bridging the gap between accountants’ needs and innovative product design.
