Becky Shields is Head of Digital Transformation and a member of Moore Kingston Smith’s Senior Leadership Team. She leads the firm’s digital strategy, aligning technology, data and AI with growth ambitions while driving innovation, automation and stronger governance. Becky sits on multiple strategy boards and plays a key role in cross-service integration and operational excellence. She collaborates across the Moore Global network, supporting European technology alignment and innovation. Becky also led the development of KS Cohere, the firm’s proprietary AI and data platform. Passionate about cultural change, she champions digital confidence, inclusion and continuous learning across the organisation and profession.
