With over 30 years of professional experience, he is the founder and Chief Coach of True Financial Training Academy, and was the first certified trainer and facilitator of the Blair Singer Training Academy in Hong Kong. He is also a fellow member of The Hong Kong Institute of Certified Public Accountants, The Association of Chartered Certified Accountants, Hong Kong Chartered Governance Institute (“HKCGI”), Chartered Governance Institute, The Taxation Institute of Hong Kong,the first group of Certified Tax Advisor (Hong Kong) & Certified Governance Professional with Practitioner’s Endorsement. He worked in the Audit Assurance and Computer Audit Department of one of the International Certified Public Accountants Firm and also the Finance Department of a Hong Kong listed company. He founded Reachtop Group (currently named as Reachtop KSHK Group) to serve small and medium enterprises. Over the past 26 years, he has served thousands of personal and corporate customers. His group offers a wide range of services, including but not limited to traditional & automated accounting, company secretarial services, audit, tax consultancy, business consultancy, sales training, leadership training, team building, little voice management, setup of code of honour, personal breakthrough mentoring, business model consultancy and “zero” tax strategy. His group has helped numerous individuals and companies to solve sales, finance, tax, human resources management, corporate governance, information technology and other operational issues.

He was also the Master Trainer of QuickBooks Online in Hong Kong, an online accounting software by Intuit, Inc (NASDAQ: INTU). He trained hundreds of accounting professionals during 2015-2016.

Apart from the accumulation of professional knowledge, he also learned directly from Robert KIYOSAKI, founder of RichDad Inc. and author of Rich Dad Poor Dad, Blair SINGER, Chief Corporate Trainer of RichDad Inc. and RichDad Advisor, Tom WHEELWRIGHT, RichDad Advisor, Garrett SUTTON, RichDad Advisor and other world-class trainers. He was also the ONLY Hong Kong person to attend the training held by Robert KIYOSAKI in the USA in May 2016, March 2017, April and October 2018.
